MR. MURRAY, UNDEFINED BY CLOTHES.

It’s not what we wear that defines us. Our clothes can simply make us even more interesting.

I walked off the court in SOHO as soon as he stepped onto it. 15 minutes earlier she’d reacted to my request to shoot with her by saying. “Of course. I’m just waiting for my friend who’s coming so until then you’re good.”

Hold on. He motioned for me to stick around. Once I dunked off a rebound he laughed and nodded to the skies for me to go up. His comedic timing was no precursor for his alley-oop passes. “Man, my brothers are all 5’8. I never got to practice throwing these growing up.”

Bill Murray works without an agent & simply has a 1-800 number. He doesn’t shill for his movies or pose when his pic is taken. He needs no stylist in order to get dressed.

On lunch break from my first fashion job, 1986, a year removed from “Ghostbusters,” Bill Murray showed me his hoops skills and his spirited way. He proved that what made a person attractive and stylish was their spirit. He has never needed stylish clothes. He certainly doesn’t need to be more interesting.
